I put the wrong address on my order, what should I do?

Please be careful when entering your shipping address, CALISI BEAUTY will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. If you notice the wrong address immediately after placing an order, please contact us at customerservice@calisibeauty.com and our team will try their best to update your address before it's being shipped.

I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at customerservice@calisibeauty.com with your inquiry.

How can I check the status of my order?

Please refer to your shipping confirmation email to track your order.

How can I track my package?

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information.

Do you offer returns & exchanges?

CALISI BEAUTY accept a return, exchange or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition within 30 days of purchase; no refund will be made for products that have been opened, used or are returned damaged.

All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. We advise that you return your product via with insurance covered as CALISI BEAUTY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit.

If the product purchased is defective or you don’t achieve the results you thought, please email us at customerservice@calisibeauty.com prior to returning the products and we will work with you to resolve the issue.  

In the event your order arrives to you damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receipt at customerservice@calisibeauty.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

I refused my delivery, where is my refund?

Please be advised that refused or unclaimed orders will not be refunded.

My items arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours receiving the order, at customerservice@calisibeauty.com

Please provide us with your order number and multiple photos and videos of the damaged product/s.

Can I cancel my order?

CALISI BEAUTY accepts cancellations only if it is before the package is out for delivery. As soon as it's out for delivery, please refer to our refund and exchange policy.

We are using DHL Express International to ship your orders. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to most countries worldwide. We ship all our orders express with our trusted international shipping partner DHL and DPD. They will handle your delivery and ensure your package arrives safely and quickly.

What are the shipping costs?

CALISI BEAUTY offers Free Worldwide Express Shipping on all orders over 40 Euros.

Express International Shipping (1-3 business days) 

Express Domestic Shipping (1-2 business days)

All German and Austrian orders are being shipped from Germany delivered duties paid (DDP). 

All other EU and International orders will be shipped from Dubai, UAE. CALISI BEAUTY covers the entire shipping cost, although depending on your country import taxes & duties may apply, which is not in our control.

All UAE orders are being shipped from Dubai, UAE delivered duties paid (DDP).

I am an international customer. Do I have to pay customs and taxes?

CALISI BEAUTY offers Free Worldwide Express Shipping on all orders over 40 Euros.

How long before I receive my order?

The normal processing time for orders is 24 hours during business days (Monday - Friday). After your order has been shipped, delivery time is based on your selected Shipping Method and can be between 1-5 business days internationally and 1-2 days domestically. Please keep in mind that during holidays this time may vary.

CALISI BEAUTY is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, stolen packages or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, once the package has exited our fulfilment centers.

What carrier do you use?

All German and Austrian orders are being shipped with DPD Express and all other EU, International and UAE orders are being shipped with DHL Express.

CALISI BEAUTY does not test products on animals. All of our products are cruelty free and vegan.

Are your products vegan?

Yes, all of our products are vegan.
